In December 2016 I found out on credit reports when it was Green Tree Servicing but it says Ditech Financial that they didn't report my payments and put me into repossession in April 2012 through March 2013. They never reported the foreclosure.

They took my forced place insurance out of escrow when BoA sold their mortgage servicing rights which was originally a Countrywide Home Loan. They did this on purpose to make me go into foreclosure. I had over $2000 in my escrow account and wouldn't let me use it. I made a complaint to the CFPB this year and they responded with false documents and did not provide other important documents.

My house was foreclosed on by Northwest Trustee Services and they did it wrong. In January I asked for a copy of my file and they kept sending me letters that it would take 30 days. I made a complaint against Northwest Trustee Services and they refused to respond. The complaint was also sent to Fannie Mae and they would not respond.

I spoke with a consultant at Fannie Mae's Resource Center. What a bitc#. I found out on my Promissory Note that it wasn't my signature. I'm in the process of sending spreadsheets to the FBI that Ditech f/n/a Green Tree was writing off losses that were wrong.

They have probably done this on thousands upon thousands of homes they foreclosed on which I Financial Institution Fraud. Anyone who is a current customer of Ditech should get a copy of their Master File. Everything should be in that file including your Deed of Trust, your Promissory Note which will tell you what your late fees should be and every payment, your escrow account and what they're doing with your account. If you made the loan with a different bank, they will have the information.

Make sure they don't put you off. Please go to Ditech Complaints under consumer.gov and register and tell everyone to get their Master File. They can't refuse you the file. I can't go under this Website because I am not a current customer.

Everyone needs to bombard Ditech by requesting files. For further information a lot of these loans were by Fannie Mae as an investor or buyer of your loan. I would have everybody start contacting Fannie Mae also. Fannie Mae knows exactly what Ditech is doing and they don't care.

Ditech would rather pay a fine than to admit guilt. The customer service is the same. They have no conscience. They'll over charge you on a late fee, say they never received your payment, and they short you on your escrow account.

They'll do anything to make a buck and make you lose your house. The Government Sponsored Entities think they're above the law. Look at what crisis they caused taxpayers in 2008. I even made a complaint to the Federal Housing Financial Authority that over sees Fannie Mae.

They are all a bunch of liars. They claim that their helping people, but in actuality they are letting customers get screwed by Ditech.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

They did the same thing to me. Yes, they forged document.

They sent forged documents to Fannie Mae. When I requested my Master file, they sent me 14 pages of forged documents. The then made a fraudulent MERS assignment, which they back-dated to 2008. The Mortgage Law Firm helped them foreclose on my property based on a fraudulent Deed of Trust they filed at the county in 2016.

The Mortgage Law Firm "foreclosure specialist" Adrianna Durham was the one who did this. First time I said something to her about the fraudulent nature of the foreclosure, she actually laughed. She told me today (after facilitating the theft of my home) that she was "being very nice to me." Seriously.

I specifically asked her if it was or was not her legal responsibility to ensure that she had the right to foreclose. She then backtracked and claimed that I was "trying to put words in her mouth."

You should get a consumer attorney to look into this. I doubt the FBI will care.

Look it up on internet FBI-FIF. Ditech f/n/a Green Tree Servicing, which Green Tree foreclosed on my home 2012, Green Tree/Ditech are writing off more of a loss to the IRS.

Ditech was still writing off losses in 2016 on my foreclosure. How long does it take a loan servicer to write off a foreclosure. The FBI investigates IRS fraud.

So imagine the thousands of homes they have been writing off for years for more money then they are supposed to. Do you work for Ditech?
