Ditech - They Just Don't Care
Unfortunately we made and confirmed an appointment with a local specialist and our client. We made schedule adjustments that also included our clients having to make arrangements.
The day of appointment, no call, no show from Ditech. Thinking to myself something bad may have happened and not wanting to think the worst, we left a message for the specialist as well as the regional manager. The regional manager was kind enough to call us back... at first.
She was going to check and find out what had happened and get back to us. After 24 hours and not hearing from anyone, we called both the agent and the manager again, still concerned at what may have happened. Since, we have left 3 messages to each of them and still have not heard anything. Our clients were pretty pissed as you can imagine.
We have no answer but to apologize on the behalf of Ditech whom still has not responded. Where are they?
What happened? Are they still in business?
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
