My loan just transferred to Ditech (really it is Greentree: the parent Walter Investment Management Corp (WAC) - NYSE is not fooling anyone with this "rebranding") from RCS. I made my first payment ok, then since I knew the website was down starting 4/1/16 I made my payment from my bank using the Bill Pay system, early on 3/30. Ditech did not credit my loan on 3/31. Now I have no way to figure out if they did get my payment.

As the last review mentioned, tax season is horrible time to try to do an upgrade.

Do not send them an email as you will never get a response. You will have to call them and be put on hold for most of your remaining life.

I am going to start submitting complaints to the Federal http://www.consumerfinance.gov/complaint/ ? Perhaps the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau will not do anything but they did get me a refund of fees from Amerisave, though that was not by my complaint.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $1749.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Ditech Cons: Website down.

Location: Rancho Palos Verdes, California
