Rude customer service. Claims department seems to only know call back tomorrow.

I have been waiting over a month for insurance claim check to be issued back to me or applied toy loan but keep getting the runaround supervisor says they're handling it i think they're just robot s controlled by some manager who may not even exist.

I just want the money i paid to have repairs done or applied to my account but no one who works there can do that. I won't contact them again but the bbb .

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Your experience gives me anxiety about what to expect from them. Our home was destroyed in the October Flood.

We received our insurance check back in December but haven't sent it off to them yet because we just got the permits to rebuild.

I am dreading having to contact them for disbursements. We have over $50k worth of damage so paying for it out of pocket is out of the question.

I just received a insurance check and need to mail to them..did they sign and send the check back or did they keep it..want to know before I send them mine.
