Ditech IS INCOMPETENT
I have been trying to get my payment and insurance escrow corrected since May 2016, (5 months long). My insurance renews April 2 of each year.
I have called numerous times each month trying to get them to do a correct escrow analysis and each time their analyses are incorrect. After 3 months I was told I had cancelled my homeowners insurance. Which I had NOT and Ditech had actually paid it in full in March of 2016. Then they turn around and took the insurance off my payment in July and refunded my escrow monies.
In August 17th, I was told to fax a letter to add the insurance back to payment and do another analysis, which I did. As of Sept 14, 2016, they told me they received the letter but call back next week again to have see if another analysis has been done. They still have not corrected the payment including the insurance. Ditech is inefficient and incompetent as a mortgage company.
Their employees just give you the run-around asking you to call back, call back, call back.
I even spoke with several managers to no avail. Ditech is a joke!
