My ex-husband wrote a letter to Ditech stating that he has no more rights to this home. My new mortgage company SharePoint does not have that they are axing for it

My new company isn't reporting any of my payments to them since they bought my mortgage from Ditech stating they don't report on bankruptcy cases Ditech went bankrupt NOT me!!

Last payment for over $25,000.00 was never applied to my mortgage acct
After giving the check # address &;;;;;;;;;;; date it was cashed. Heather the assistant Supervisor I was told that it was sent to correct place & would be applied to my account #005046**** was the Ditech Loan#. I must hear back from someone immediately if not sooner. Turns out the funds were not applied & Ditech sold the mortgage Co to a Caliber Mtg. The very next week. It was there almost a year then sold to SPS Mtg where it is now in a foreclosure preceding for 9/21/21 so I must really get a call back from someone ASAP. Thank you so very much for your ys

Escrow surplus check not cashed. I did not receive the check.
I was in contact through the Department of Treasury claims site for unclaimed property. Says I have an escrow surplus from a past mortgage company. Received this text message from Ditech: (Ditech- Your former Mortgage Company) Our records show we have an escrow surplus check that was previously sent to you but never cashed. Please log onto our website at https://tapme.ws/BnrktQ to update us with your current mailing address. Once we receive your request, we will send you a new escrow check within 45 days of receiving your request. STOP to end

I JUST NEED a copy of my mortgage statement. Thats all nothing has happened. The better question is what happened to Ditech?

Glad such a site [Pissed Consumer] is in existence.......now, let's turn clock back to the bailouts and hearings commencing ~2008. BoA alone fined 16.6 BILLION USD. There appear to be funds collected that should have been distributed among customers!

Trying to get a lean release from my 87-year-old dads mobile home as it is fully paid off! We cannot get the title because it still says there is a lienholder of Green tree from Wexford Pennsylvania Looks like they are out of business

Credit still owed to homeowners 2021
2013 Ditech put a Hazard insurance policy on my Condo for $1,270.00 each year 2013-**** and sent this to my Bankrupcy attorney. We are trying to fix daily with no answer from Ditech 4th lawyer change since 2013. Just want to have this OVER since it was an illegal policy placed on my condo. I have a condo policy and Allstate policy since 2001 when I bought my home with GMAC Mortgage.
User's recommendation: Never Use Ditech Anything 2021.

I took over a mortgage with a lease to own contract from a mortgage where the woman is deceased, I took over payment August6 2009 and paid it off on feb 3 2020, you sent me a release of lien with the deceased as an owner and me as co owner however I never received the title you said you were processing and would mail. I would appreciate my title mailed promptly. The manufactured home park has a new owner and without a title with my name I cannot have the home here. I made all my payments timely and was a good customer of Ditech! would I would appreciate my title. Thank You
