The old runaround. Was given this number but it's for customer service 800 700 **** but it's an invalid number

I call and couldn't get anyone that could help. Only after complaining here did I get a call. She said that she would text me a number to someone the can help. It never arrived so here I'm again a week later with no explanation and no way to resolve this issue. ID

Yes my mother had life insurance on mortgages with house for years with you all now Shell Point mortgages did they dont honor it when you all change over

I have never deal with Ditech and on my taxes it shows that I had a debt cancellation. Called multiple times but I never received a call back. I feel like this is some identity thief and I need the fixed as soon as possible. Ditech said I owe over $26.000 for what. Can someone explain. My number is 843246**** name Michael E Davis

I have a cancellation debt which I have no clue about. The account #9134**** Fin(41179****) Date of loan 2015. I don't know about this loan. ID

What judge was paid off to let them file bankruptcy on everyone they screwed &;;;; didn't pay damage claims thru their sister insurance company? Now shell point is filing mass foreclosures when no one knew who to pay or knew they had been bought by them! Anyone want to band up with me & hundreds more?? Friend me on FB Hayley Holley Leesburg Ga! Please don't let them continue to victimize us working class ppl that have paid for home 21 yrs & they forged intials added 180k to a 60k loan!! I kid you not!! Your situation may differ but same scamming!! Also ,write the white house online ! we plan on being on white house steps soon with the media!

Lien Release
I paid off my loan February 27th 20/20 ditech and need a lien release on my property as soon as possible. Ditech said they were going to send in lien release to the county and as of today September 18th 2020 no lien release has been sent in to the county which is holding up the sale of my property.
